It is mostly about Commercial Aviation, but also General and, occasionally, Military.

During my travels around the world I take pictures and video as a hobby of everything and anything related. I also include some acquaintances’ contributions from time to time, giving them proper credit.

Boarding Time Photo Op.– I was thrilled the moment I realized we were going to board the airplane on the ramp, in the middle of a snowstorm… So Russia! Great and unforgettable moment. I couldn’t ask for more.

Russian-made visitor in Florida. My first Sukhoi SuperJet 100! Interjet XA-ALJ is a little over two years old. Seen here right after pushing back from the gate, covering the route to CUN (Cancún) as Flight 4O4969. ✈

Catch of the day!!! My first Dreamliner 787-9, and the newest one for Richard Branson's airline. Inbound from LHR (London Heathrow) as VS005, Virgin Atlantic Boeing 787-9 G-VOWS ('Maid Marian') shows a golden touch thanks to the sunset light. This aircraft was like a Christmas gift for the carrier, as it was delivered on December 24 2015. ✈

Need to find out what about Volaris naming its planes many times with different names. I've found records of Volaris Airbus 319-100 N503VL ('Daniel') named 'Melissa', 'Luis', Antonio and 'Salvador'. Not sure what the deal is... ✈

Aerolíneas Argentinas Airbus 330-200 LV-FNI taking off for her flight to COR (Córdoba) as AR1307. This aircraft started flying for Sabena in 08/1999, then VG Airlines, then Malaysia Airlines and operates for the South American carrier since 09/2013. ✈

Kuwait Airways (الخطوط الجوية الكويتية) Airbus 340-300 9K-ANC ('Al-Mobarakiyah'), freshly arrived from KWI (Kuwait). In service since 05/1995, a little over 15 years old when I got this shot. ✈

Boarding Time Photo Op.– Always nice to board an aircraft the old way, especially if it's a Jumbo jet!! Air France has now ended all 747 operations since January 11, 2016.

Clickair Airbus 320-200 EC-HQI, arriving at the gate after a flight from BCN (Barcelona). This aircraft previously flew sporting Iberia colors and after the company's merger with Vueling, wears the latter's livery since 2009 with the same registration. ✈
