Tayara means 'airplane' in Arabic.

This blog is about airplanes and anything that involves them.

It is mostly about Commercial Aviation, but also General and, occasionally, Military.

During my travels around the world I take pictures and video as a hobby of everything and anything related. I also include some acquaintances’ contributions from time to time, giving them proper credit.

Please, feel free to comment or suggest on my posts.

Conviasa Boeing 737-300 YV2556 / 2015.06.10

MIA (Miami International airport. Miami, United States)
Boeing 737-300 YV2556 has a history flying for America West Airlines and US Airways as N311AW since 1990. In 2008 it went to Venezuelan Conviasa but it's been in storage, with no engines, under the Florida sun and heat since October 2014. Waiting for its next fate, which doesn't appear to be very clear at this point.
