Tayara means 'airplane' in Arabic.

This blog is about airplanes and anything that involves them.

It is mostly about Commercial Aviation, but also General and, occasionally, Military.

During my travels around the world I take pictures and video as a hobby of everything and anything related. I also include some acquaintances’ contributions from time to time, giving them proper credit.

Please, feel free to comment or suggest on my posts.

Air San Juan Beech 99 N803BA / 1988.02.29

BLI (Bellingham International airport. Bellingham, United States)
Blast from the Past / Boarding Time Photo Op.— On my way from YVR (Vancouver) to PDX (Portland), my flight made an interesting scheduled stop at BLI (Bellingham), which allowed me to wander around the tarmac and take a few pictures, since security concerns were very low at that time. This one is actually the last picture I took before I boarded the aircraft. A very exciting day for me.
