As I was watching the sunset, this photo op just presented up above me. Promech Air Seaplane De Havilland Canada DHC-3T Vazar Turbine Otter N435B flies above Mallory Square on finals, putting an end to another sightseeing tour to the Dry Tortugas. ✈
